They are furnished with a wardrobe, bed, two-sided mattress (hard and soft), work desk and chair. The walls are wallpapered, shower and toilette are either tiled or PVC surfaced. Accessible rooms for wheelchairs on request.

Our two-bed rooms come with a kitchen case and fridge case in the community kitchen on the floor. They are about 22 sqm in size and consist of an anteroom, shower and toilette and the main room. They are furnished with wardrobe, a bed with innerspring mattress, work desk and chair for both residents. The walls are wallpapered, shower and toilette are either tiled or PVC surfaced.

The double units are meant for two residnets and consist of two separted single-bed rooms with shared anteroom, kitchenette, shower and toilette. They are furnished with wardorbes, beds with inspring matresses, work desk and chair for both residents. The walls are wallpapered, shower and toilette are either tiled or PVC surfaced.

The single-bed rooms in the second building “Auhoffeld” are about 25 sqm in size and consist of anteroom, kitchenette, shower and toilette and the main room. They are furnished with wardrobe, extra wide bed (120 cm wide), inspring mattress, work desk and chair. The floor is laid with laminate floor in homely wood opticts. The rooms provide WiFi and also ethernet connectors. On the west side the windows are equipped with venetian blinds.

The single-bed rooms in the second building “Auhoffeld” with loggia are about 20 sqm in size and consist of anteroom, kitchenette, shower and toilette and the main room. In addition they have a recessed balcony of about 5 sqm. They are furnished with wardrobe, extra wide bed (120 cm wide), inspring mattress, work desk and chair. The floor is laid with laminate floor in homely wood opticts. The rooms provide WiFi and also ethernet connectors. On the west side the windows are equipped with venetian blinds.

Attention: This room type is requested very often at the moment! When registering, please name a secondary wish as well…

flats and apartments

Our two-room apartments (ca. 40 m² up to 57 m²) consist of a living room, sleeping room, ante room, small kitchen and bath/WC. The facilities are similar to our single- and double-rooms.

The rooms are furnished with a wardrobe, two beds with slipcover and one working table with chair for each resident (usually two people per unit). The room walls are wallpapered and the bath/WC is either tiled or a PVC-booth.

Each unit has a small kitchen with fridge, freezer case, and at least two stove plates.

 

The three-room apartments (ca. 60 m² up to 80 m²) come with an additional working- or kid’s room. Some units also have a loggia.

The furniture is the same as the two-room apartments with additional tables and chairs as well as an oven and a dish washer in the kitchen.
