It goes without saying that the prices are per month and include all operating expenses, housecleaning, cable TV, telephone (in-house calls and receiving phone calls), Internet, and the use of the in-house facilities.
The duration of the contract must be at least 10 months between mid-September and mid-July of the school year, and the extension of the lease during the summer months is available at any time without any additional charges. |
